Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to do so.
Accounts and API keys
You are responsible for safeguarding your API keys and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
Acceptable use
Your use of the service must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend access for violations or for activity that threatens the integrity of the service.
Billing
Paid usage is metered and billed as described on our pricing page. Fees are based on actual usage beyond any free allotment.
Availability and changes
We aim for high availability but the service is provided on an as-is basis without warranties unless separately agreed. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Locnative is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
